Cornerstone Housing is an independent charitable housing association based in Exeter. It provides affordable rented and shared ownership homes across Exeter, Teignbridge, Mid Devon and East Devon. Founded in 1926, it manages existing homes, provides repairs and housing services, and develops new homes to meet local housing need.
