About Delta Housing
Delta Housing is a not-for-profit housing association formed through the merger of CHP and Estuary in 2026. It owns and manages over 17,000 homes across Essex and neighbouring counties, including homes for social and affordable rent. Its services also include shared ownership, leasehold management, sheltered housing, and specialist housing with care and support. Delta is a Community Benefit Society, reinvesting its income in homes, services and communities.
