About Link Group

Link Group is a Scottish charitable housing group providing affordable homes, property services, care and support. Its activities include social and mid-market renting, shared ownership, factoring and private sector leasing. The group includes Horizon, Larkfield and West Highland housing associations, alongside LinkLiving and property services subsidiary C~urb. Link Housing Association transferred its operations into Link Group Limited in July 2025.

Homes managed March 2026 accounts report 13,342 units in Link Group Ltd's management stock, including 504 shared bedspaces, 378 shared ownership units and 134 units temporarily out of management. A further 2,483 units are reported separately for Horizon, Larkfield and West Highland.
