About Livin Housing

Livin Housing is a charitable housing association based in Spennymoor, providing affordable homes primarily across County Durham, with a smaller number in neighbouring areas. Established in 2009 following the transfer of Sedgefield Borough Council's housing, it provides rented homes and shared ownership alongside neighbourhood services, money advice, employment support and help with sustaining tenancies.
