About Magna Housing
Magna Housing is a not-for-profit housing association based in Dorchester, Dorset. It provides social and affordable rented housing, shared ownership and accommodation for older people, principally across Dorset and Somerset. Its activities include housing management, repairs, maintenance, investment in existing homes, regeneration and the development of new affordable housing.

customer.complaints@magna.org.uk Complaints can be submitted online, by email, telephone, post or in person. Magna operates a two-stage complaints process. Residents can approach the Housing Ombudsman for independent advice and escalate eligible unresolved complaints.
