About Eastlight Community Homes
Eastlight Community Homes is a resident-led housing association operating across the East of England, particularly Essex and Suffolk. Formed in 2020 through the merger of Greenfields Community Housing and Colne Housing, it provides social and affordable rented homes, shared ownership, housing for older people and other accommodation. Eastlight reports a combined portfolio of 14,909 homes owned and managed at 31 March 2026.
